Earth is invaded by a swarm of sentient nanobots faintly green tentacled metaphysical moose who do not understand us even though they smell really bad who tend to stutter under pressure when confronted by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes but they fall in love with a young girl and they are taken in by a kindly old lady who mistakes them for lost children.
