Earth encounters a parallel universe populated by sentient squirrels who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they are radioactive who derive their sustainance by a nuclear bomb but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
