Earth contracts a case of cosmic amnesia, forgetting everything that happened yesterday except for weasels who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they have seen every episode of Firefly and cannot be destroyed by a bunch of kids playing disco music on boom boxes but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they form a rock band and tour the galaxy, becoming interstellar celebrities.
