Earth is chosen as the final battleground for an intergalactic war between two microscopic species who want to plug us into a power grid and use us as living batteries even though they can all do credible singing impressions of Ethel Merman and cannot be destroyed by a crowd of people with pitchforks and torches but they fall in love with a young girl and they become the new rulers of Earth, ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.
