Earth slows to a stop and starts spinning in reverse which confuses house pets who do not understand us even though they all do bad impressions of William Shatner and might be overpowered by the army, navy, air force, space force and/or marines , but scientists create a new weapon which turns them into weird rocks.
The End.and then they kill us all.
