We have a special treat for you this morning! It’s Bill Mumy with his new song When You Say You Love Me, from his new album Ten Days.

The new album is all piece music. Bill decided to give himself the challenge of going in the studio and writing and recording a new song everyday for 10 days. Every song had to be new, not borrowing or using any piece of music from before. What transpired is a very fresh spontaneous album, yet very cohesive in its flow.

And yes, this is the same Bill Mumy who played Lennier in Babylon 5, William Robinson in the original television series Lost in Space, and dozens of roles going back to 1957. He even played the role of Aladdin once, in a 1960 film called The Wizard of Bagdad. What many don’t know about him, though, is that he is an amazing musician and composer. He plays guitar, bass, keyboards, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, percussion and sings.

Today’s piece is something of an earworm, with a rolling, gritty sound and profound lyrics. You can buy the album here.

Enjoy.
