It will take a color printer, the proper weight of paper, a pen knife, some white glue and a steady hand tempered by patience to build it, though.

The world of paper modeling is surprisingly robust. There are literally hundreds, perhaps thousands of models, the vast majority of which are available to download for free. Most of the models are made using software called Pepakura, also well loved by costumers and cosplayers for its ability to create patterns for full sized costume pieces.
