Marvel Entertainment and ABC Studios have finally given us our first look at the next Marvel Cinematic Universe TV show, Inhumans.

This is a spin-off of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., an ABC show that follows the exploits of the secret espionage agency in the MCU, where the Inhumans were first introduced. This show brings in the Inhuman Royal Family, who have lived in secret on the Moon, in the city of Attilan.

Inhumans stars Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels) as Black Bolt, the King of Attilan, who’s voice causes destruction; Serinda Swan (TRON: Legacy) as Medusa, the Queen of Attila, who can manipulate her hair; Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) as Maximus, the brother and usurper of Black Bolt; Eme Ikwuakor (Extant) as Gorgon, military commander of Attilan; Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, the younger sister of Medusa; Ken Leung (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) as Karnak, the adviser of the Royal Family; Sonya Balmores as Auran, the head of the Royal Guards of Attilan and Mike Moh (Street Fighter: Resurrection) as Triton, the cousin of Black Bolt.

Also in the cast is Ellen Woglom (Crash) as an aerospace company employee, with a fascination with the Moon. This character is not from the comics, and was created for the show.

Aside from the Moon, Inhumans also takes place in Hawaii, where the series was shot. The first two episodes were shot on IMAX cameras, as they will screen for a short time in IMAX theaters as a movie, before the series airs on ABC.

The IMAX  release is September 1, 2017 and the TV airing is September 29, 2017.
