Earth discovers a portal to a dimension filled with sentient vegetables who are friendly but incomprehensible even though they smell really bad and cannot be destroyed by a bunch of Elvis impersonators but one cunning young man somehow convinces them that people are okay and they form a rock band and tour the galaxy, becoming interstellar celebrities.
